I approach photography the way that I do everything in my life: intentionally, emotionally, and artistically.
I’m Janelle — a Maine-based engagement, elopement, and destination photographer with a deep love for natural beauty, emotional storytelling, and intentional experiences.
With an editorial eye and a documentarian heart, I create space for you to be fully present — so your love unfolds effortlessly, honestly, and artfully in every frame.
Whether you’re exchanging vows on a windswept cliff in Acadia, escaping to a far-off coastline, to a tropical island in the Caribbean or somewhere off the grid in Southeast Asia, I’m here to tell your story with soul, style, and substance.
Each and every session I photograph I weave in aspects of my own self and life: my background in philosophy, human rights law, my love for travel and culture, my passion for style, and my desire to make anyone that I interact with feeling more loved than they did before they met me.
